WHAT BRAND OF SHIRTS DO YOU USE?
We support a USA-Strong manufacturing approach, meaning we try to source garments that are dyed, cut and fulfilled in the U.S. whenever possible.
Most of our designs are printed on premium Bella Canvas Shirts. A small portion of items are printed onto Royal Apparel or Next Level. For exact fabric information, please refer to each product's individual description.
WHAT DO YOU RECOMMEND FOR WASHING & CARE?
Glad you asked! To help keep the graphic on your clothing crisp, and to prevent fading, we recommend washing it inside out with like colors (cold setting only, please!). Always use a mild detergent and skip the dryer. Hanging dry or laying flat to dry is best. NOTE: You can tumble dry on a low setting, but this will cause the graphic to fade gradually over time. Also, avoid products that contain color-safe bleach, stain lifter, or Oxy Clean, as they contain certain chemicals that will lift color from your garment causing it to fade quickly.
HOW DO YOUR SHIRTS FIT?
Most of our items are unisex and fit true to size. Women can order their usual size for a relaxed fit, or size down if they want a more fitted look. Any item labeled as "fitted" will have a snug fit and tends to run small. For more information on exact sizing, please refer to the size chart inside each individual product's photos.
I'M UNSURE ABOUT A SIZE. HOW CAN I GET HELP?
No Problem! To help with sizing and fit questions we've included a photo on each product page that shows that product’s sizing chart. Inside each product description, you can find a reference to how the garments "fit" (such as slim-fit or loose-fit) to help you make your selection.
HOW ARE YOUR SHIRTS PRINTED?
We use a direct-to-garment printing process with eco-friendly, water-based inks. This creates a shirt that is soft and breathable (and—so you know—may smell slightly vinegary but don’t’ worry, this will disappear after washing :)
WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT CHOICES?
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover & American Express.
I'M HAVING TROUBLE WITH MY CREDIT CARD...
Your card might be declined for several reasons. First: Please double-check the name, address, and zip code entered in the "Billing Information" field. It must be entered exactly as this information appears on the statements you receive from your financial institution. Also, confirm that the credit card number, expiration date, and card verification number are correct. If this doesn't work, please contact your financial institution to verify your information and make sure there are no holds placed on your account. If you’re still having trouble, send us a note here and we’ll double-check that everything is working on our end :)
HOW SECURE IS YOUR STORE?
Our store is powered by Shopify. Shopify is a certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. This compliance extends to all online stores powered by Shopify.
WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?
Almost all packages are shipped Standard USPS within the USA. At this time, we do not offer rush or expedited shipping (since all items are made-to-order).
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO GET TO ME?
Everything that we carry is handmade and each piece is made just for you. Please allow 7-10 business days for us to create your product before it is sent to shipping. Actual shipping times will vary depending on your location. Expect shipping to take 7-10 business days for domestic delivery, longer if you live in Alaska, Hawaii, or outside the continental United States. **This means your total purchase to delivery time can be up to three weeks** Please note, during times of high order volume (Father's Day, Mother's Day & the Holidays), turnaround maybe longer. We are also experiencing longer than expected deliveries due to COVID 19.
WHERE CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your orders ships (which can take up to 10 business days), a shipping notification that includes a tracking number will be sent to you via email. If 10 business days have passed and you have not received this email, please check your spam folder.
Please use the tracking number link found in your shipment confirmation email to track your package(s). ALSO NOTE: Some orders will be sent in multiple shipments from different locations.
WHAT IF THE ADDRESS I ENTERED WAS INCORRECT?
Oh, no! Please check the shipping address closely before placing your orders since they are sent immediately to our fulfillment printer and cannot be changed once submitted. We cannot be responsible for items sent to the incorrect address or undeliverable items.
MY TRACKING SAYS MY ORDER WAS DELIVERED BUT I DON’T SEE IT…
Oh, no! Unfortunately, we cannot responsible for items that have been declared as "delivered" to your residence by tracking but are lost, stolen, or missing. We are happy to work with you to help recover the item but in the past, people have abused this in order to get free items, so please be patient with us as we work out the details together.
For packages lost in transit (not shown as "delivered" to your address), please email Sarah at sarah@scrapbookingdaily.com so she can help you. All lost-order claims must be submitted no more than 14 days after the estimated delivery date.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, we can ship to Canada, UK, Ireland, Spain, France, Italy, Germany, Austria, Israel, Australia, and New Zealand only. International buyers will be responsible for any additional shipping fees, customs fees, duty or taxes, etc. Please remember that you may see a different amount charged on your statement which will be due to your country's exchange rate.
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER IT’S PLACED?
Unfortunately, no. Once your order is placed, it’s auto-sent to our fulfillment team, who immediately orders the items needed to complete your order. Because of this, we are not able to cancel already placed orders.
If you need to make changes to open order, please contact us immediately and we’ll do our best to help. If your item(s) has not been printed/shipped, we might be able to update certain details for you. If your item(s) have already been printed and/or shipped, we can’t make changes of any kind to the order.
MY ORDER HAS ALREADY SHIPPED. CAN I CHANGE THE DELIVERY ADDRESS?
Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipping address for orders that have already gone out. If a package is returned to us after shipping because of the wrong address, we can usually reship it at the buyer's expense.
EXCHANGES
Since every item is custom-made for you, when you request an exchange, we actually have to make a brand new item every single time.
Becuase of this, if an item doesn't fit, we offer ONE size exchange per item/order. Please contact us within 14 days of your delivery if you need to exchange an item for a different size.
NEXT STEPS: Contact us HERE to request an exchange. Please fill out the entire form, and include your order # along with the new size you would like to receive. We will reply with instructions for your exchange.
Please note:
- There is a $6 restocking fee for all exchanges.
- To qualify for an exchange, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. We will not accept items that have been worn, laundered, or altered in any way. Final sale, holiday items/ products with holiday graphics, and purchased sale items may not be returned or exchanged.
In the case of exchanges, the customer is responsible for shipping unwanted items back to us. Scrapbooking Daily is not responsible for items lost in transit, so please get a tracking number from your shipping provider.
RETURNS
Unfortunately, because each item is hand-made, one at a time, when you order it, we do not offer returns for items you decided you do not want to keep. Since every item is custom-made, if we did return, we'd actually have to make a brand new item every single time.
If something arrives damaged, of course, will happily replace it! Please send us a note on our returns page here and we'll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you. Of course, any returns or problems that occur because of an error on our part will be handled at our expense. (NOTE: It is always best to include photos with your initial email to avoid delays.)
Any return requests for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 5 days after the product is received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 14 days after the estimated delivery date.
Damaged items include: unraveled seams and/or holes that are present before being washed. Wrong size, color, or design. Please check the item before washing as we do not accept returned items that have been laundered. Any return requests for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 5 days after the product is received.
